Can I bring my own food and drinks?
No food, drinks, coolers, etc. will be allowed. There will be food trucks, pop, water, snacks, beer, and wine all available for purchase that will go toward our cause. The only exception will be food and drink for babies.
Is there parking available?
Lot's of it right close to the venue. There will be handicapped parking as well close to the main entrance and we have plenty of volunteers ready to help you get close so it will be a short walk.
What if it rains?
Well it better not because this concert is going to be a blast. OK, so it rains anyway... The show must go on! Bring rain gear, bring an umbrella and still plan to have a good time. We would love to have a large tent in case of rain but this concert is about raising awareness and raising money and not spending it.
Can I smoke?
Not within the venue but it is a short walk to the smoking area right next to our clinic. It will be clearly posted.
Will restrooms be available?
Yes, we have ordered several port-a-potties including a couple of ADA Compliant.
Is the concert really free?
Absolutely! We will only be checking people at the gates for prohibited items like coolers, bazooka's, large backpacks, etc. Will we be looking for donations? Yes we will. Gateway is a community clinic that can't survive without donations. We are hoping to raise up several of our audience to become monthly donors. Our goal is to raise $3,000 worth of monthly donations. So let's say 3000 people show up for this concert and each one is willing to give $1.00 a month, we will hit our goal!
